Hotel Description:

This is a family managed small private guesthouse with a friendly atmosphere. If you wish to experience Vienna as a traveler, in a very authentic and local atmosphere then this is the place you should choose to stay.

There are many places to eat, including coffee houses (from Starbucks to the traditional Viennese), bars, bakeries, restaurants, deli’s and family style establishments in the area.

We are situated in an excellent location, in between the old town and the central railway station (West Bahnhof). Most of Vienna’s important attractions and sights are within easy walking distance or accessible by public transport.

Our prices include all taxes and a daily cleaning service. Prices can vary based on the season (Christmas and Easter) and if you book a room via a reservation system or travel agent.

There are many excellent coffee houses, bakeries and deli’s around the area, and we have found for this reason that our guests prefer to go out for breakfast. Therefore we do not serve breakfast. But we provide a kettle with mugs and coffee and tee bags for your first morning. There are also no kitchen facilities available.

It is Very Important that you inform us of your arrival time. We are managing a family style establishment, so we need to know when to expect you, as we are not always home. Thank you.

Cancellations should be made 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise we will be obliged to charge your credit card with the total amount.

Getting There:

This is how you can find us, if you arrive at
the Westbahnhof: Option 1: Walk in the direction of the “town center” along Mariahilfer Strasse, which should take about 10-15 min. Option 2: take the under groundline (metro) U3 for 2 stops to Neubaugasse, take the exit to Neubaugasse and we are located as you come out of the exit.

the Südbahnhof ( Southstation): take the bus #13A to the stop called Neubaugasse. We are located, across the street, as you alight at the bus stop.

the airport: take the train to the city air terminal, change to the line U3 for 5 stops to Neubaugasse, take the exit at Neubaugasse.

the Franz-Joseph Bahnhof: take the streetcar/tram #5 to the Westbahnhof and walk in the direction of the “town center” along Mariahilfer Strasse, which should take about 10-15 min or you can take the under groundline (metro) U3 for 2 stops to Neubaugasse, take the exit to Neubaugasse.

Car Parking:

If you arrive by car, you will find several garages in our neighborhood, we suggest the one in the Apollogasse (Apollo garage) 3 houseblocks away from us for 11€/day.
